1. Verified Hospitals & Trusted Doctors

   We work exclusively with JCI and NABH - accredited hospitals and board - certified doctors, carefully vetted for safety practices, ethical integrity, and clinical excellence. Every hospital and doctor we collaborate with is chosen based on proven track records and adherence to the high standards of patient care.

1. Rapid Emergency Response We have developed a multi-layered emergency response system to act fast when it matters most:

   • A dedicated Emergency SOS Group is created for each case on WhatsApp and Viber, including the patient, their attendant(s), and Medivisor team members. This group is monitored 24/7, and any emergency message or call receives instant attention.

   • All patient accommodations are arranged within a 500-meter radius of both the treating hospital and the Medivisor Office-ensuring we can physically reach the patient in under 5 minutes during emergencies.

   • Our office is staffed with a paramedic team available round-the-clock, including at night. In situations where a hospital emergency team may take 20-30 minutes to respond, our team bridges the gap with swift, on-site care.

2. Daily Nurse Visits to Patient Accommodations

   A registered nurse visits patients daily at their hotel or apartment to:

   • Ensure medications are being taken as prescribed

   • Check vital signs (BP, temperature, oxygen levels)

   • Examine surgical sites for signs of infection

If abnormal vitals or infection symptoms are found, they are immediately escalated to our medical team for urgent intervention.

1. Continuous Medical Oversight

   Our experienced in-house medical team supervises every case from start to finish-coordinating with treating doctors, reviewing reports, confirming prescriptions, and providing a second layer of clinical judgement to prevent medical errors and oversights.

2. Safe and Sensible Diagnostics

   No test or procedures is done without clear clinical reasoning. We:

   • Confirm all investigations with the treating doctor

   • Avoid duplicate or unnecessary testing

   • Use certified private labs when appropriate labs when appropriate to maintain quality at lower cost

3. Optimized Admission and ICU Protocols

   We avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. All pre-operative evaluations are done on on OPD basis. ICU usage is restricted to actual medical need, and patients are transferred to wards as soon as clinically safe, limiting exposure to hospital-acquired infections and unnecessary costs.

4. Medication Review and Verification

   All prescriptions are cross-verified by our internal doctors to ensure:

   • Correct dosage

   • No harmful drug interactions

   • No over-prescription

Medicines are checked for expiry and source, especially during hospital stays and after discharge.

1. Hygiene and Infection Control Vigilance

   We routinely check hospital infection control practices, including:

   • Sterilization procedures

   • Staff hygiene and PPE compliance

   • Cleanliness of patient rooms

We also educate patients and attendants on hygiene practices they must follow during treatment.
