Dr. Rishma Dhillon Pai is an internationally acclaimed Obstetrician and Gynecologist with 29 years of clinical experience. She has been associated with Lilavati Hospital for the past 15 years and is recognized as a global leader in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Pai’s expertise is built upon advanced training at some of the world’s most prestigious reproductive health centers:
IVF and ICSI: She was trained in endoscopy, IVF, and ICSI at Antwerp, Belgium, including specialized training at the Schoysman IVF Centre.
Cryopreservation: She specialized in egg and embryo freezing at the world’s largest IVF center located in Japan.
Endoscopy: She is highly trained in gynecological endoscopic procedures to treat complex reproductive issues.

Triple Presidency: She is the only Indian to have served as President of all three major organizations: The Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecological Societies of India (FOGSI), the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR), and the Indian Association of Gynecological Endoscopists (IAGE).
Royal College Honor: In 2017, she was awarded the ‘Fellowship honoris causa’ (FRCOG) by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London—a rare honor for an Indian physician from this 90-year-old society.
International Boards: She is the only Indian on the board of the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS), serving as Assistant Treasurer, and was the first Indian Board Member of the World Endometriosis Society.

YES Program: Launched the Youth Education and Service (YES) program, reaching over 25,000 schoolchildren and 6,000 teachers with health checkups and awareness.
Women’s Health Camps: Initiated the NARI swastya camp, which provided health checkups for over 25,000 women across 100 cities in India.
Maternal Safety: She mobilized 1,500 gynecologists to volunteer for the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan (PMSMA), providing free antenatal care on the 9th of every month.
Limca Book of Records: Her national anemia eradication drive entered the Limca Book of Records for the maximum number of hemoglobin tests performed in a single day.
